Not every family needs — or wants — an in-person doula, and not every location is within our in-person service area. Our virtual doula sessions bring the same evidence-based knowledge and personal support to a video call: birth plan development, comfort technique coaching for your partner, postpartum preparation, and on-call guidance during labor by phone or video.
Virtual support is a great fit if you want expert guidance on a flexible schedule, live outside the Bay Area, or simply prefer to have your partner as your primary hands-on support with a doula coaching from the background.

Absolutely. Many Bay Area families use virtual sessions for prenatal education and pair them with in-person postpartum or overnight care after the baby arrives.
