Labor & Birth Doula Support

Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support from early labor through delivery.

Labor & Birth Doula Support

Ancient wisdom. Modern birth support. Your birth, your way.

Raised with a deep reverence for birth and inspired by my great-grandmother—the only midwife in her town—I bring generations of trust in women and birth into the modern hospital room.

For first-time moms hoping for an unmedicated birth, I offer the preparation, continuous support, and calm guidance you need to trust your body, navigate your options, and feel confident in the birth you’re creating.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do you join us during labor?

Your birth doula typically joins you when labor becomes active and you feel you need continuous support. We stay in close communication during early labor to help you recognize changes and decide when in-person support would be most beneficial. And join you in person once labor is established — typically when contractions are frequent enough that you want steady support. Doula is on call 24/7 at 37 weeks.

Does a doula replace my OB or midwife?

No. Doulas provide continuous comfort and support and do not perform clinical tasks. We work as part of your care team alongside your OB or midwife, not in place of them.

Can you support hospital, home, and birth-center births?

Yes. Our doulas are experienced across all three settings and will tailor their support to your birth plan and location of choice.
