The Four Core Phases of a Comprehensive Birth Package

1. Prenatal Preparation Phase

During pregnancy, your doula conducts 2 to 3 structured consultation visits. These sessions focus on constructing a detailed birth preferences document, practicing physical positioning for optimal fetal alignment, and coaching your partner on effective comfort techniques.

2. 24/7 On-Call Security

Starting at week 37 of gestation, your doula team enters active on-call status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ready to deploy to your home or hospital the moment labor begins.
